For most of my life, I felt like a gifted outsider: good at thinking, terrible at feeling at home in myself. I tried to solve everything with my mind – more ideas, more strategies, more optimization – while my nervous system and relationships quietly paid the price.

That contrast is what sent me down a 20+ year path studying how change really works: hypnosis and self‑hypnosis, NLP, sophrology, emotional regulation, somatic work, applied neuroscience, identity work – and then stress‑testing it all in real life with over 250 clients from 60+ countries.

Today, I help founders, leaders, and "gifted outsiders" integrate who they are across every area of life so they can lead, love, and build on their terms – without burning out or abandoning themselves. The Identity Integration Intensive distills what I've learned so you don't have to spend two decades and a small fortune figuring it out the hard way.

"I don't want you to die optimized.
I want you to live fulfilled."

I specialize in empowering high-performing men to master their social lives and find meaningful relationships through authentic leadership and self-mastery. Many successful men struggle with emotional communication – they excel in their careers but feel lost when it comes to dating and deep connection.

My work focuses on the intersection of dating psychology and emotional intelligence. I help men understand not just what to say, but how to feel confident in who they are. Through my coaching, clients learn to communicate authentically, lead with confidence, and build relationships that feel aligned with their values.

Whether you're navigating the dating scene after a breakup, struggling to express yourself emotionally, or simply want to deepen your relationships, I provide practical tools and mindset shifts that create lasting change. True confidence comes from authenticity, not performance.

"The most magnetic quality in any man isn't his status or looks—it's his ability to be present, authentic, and emotionally available."
That's what attracts real connection.
